Glass Always Full

Coaching and Consulting

Pessimists say the glass is half empty. Optimists say the glass is half full. We say the glass is always full – of water, love, daisies, and whatever else you have to be thankful for in your life.

The idea behind this approach is simple: why spend your life trying to be better at something you’re not meant to do when you can focus on being the best version of who you already are?

Living with your Glass Always Full means creating your own silver linings and embracing your natural strengths to live your most fulfilling life.

Glass Always Full founder and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Page Patten spent twelve years in Consumer Research and Consulting. During this time she realized she had a knack for connecting with people, and that she could use this talent and her strengths to do the work she loves –  helping  people change their lives.

We know that living a positive life can start with something as simple as understanding yourself better, and it can be as revolutionary as finally feeling empowered to live your fullest life. It’s time to fill your cup with gratitude, compassion, self-love, empathy – whatever you see in your glass.

What is Strengths-Based Coaching?

Living with your Glass Always Full is both an approach to coaching and a way of life. Big picture, it means a life of empowerment, self-compassion, fulfillment and gratitude. It means creating silver linings and meaningful human connections. It means understanding yourself and embracing your talents, strengths, and successes to a happier life.

On an individual level, it means you are getting personalized coaching that is backed by data and designed by your priorities, values, and dreams. Page uses Strengths-Based Coaching to help you transform your life and achieve your goals by playing to your strengths.

According to Gallup Research, just 33% of U.S. employees are engaged. If this disengagement doesn’t seem like that big of a deal, consider the fact that when people are working within their strengths and cultivating their talents, they are six times more engaged, and more productive individually and in teams.

Strengths Coaching builds self-awareness, allowing you to focus on what you’re naturally good at instead of trying to fix weaknesses. You begin to invest in your talents, with the goal of utilizing them efficiently and seamlessly in every aspect of your life.

You’ll communicate your unique value more effectively and see a boost in your current job performance, your attitude, your leadership skills, and your overall quality of life. By choosing to live in our strengths we are choosing our best selves, serving others to the best of our abilities, and living our most fulfilling lives.
